For reference, I will be adding information for Northwood-Kensett Community School Activities. Also I will be adding information for Grace Lutheran Church in Hanlontown, IA and Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Manly, IA. These, along with Bethany Lutheran Church and Elk Creek Lutheran Church belong to the same group. I know that our members also like to visit various functions at our sister churches.

Kensett City Council has set limits on the lighting of fireworks in town. They can be shot off on:
July 3rd and 4th from 10:00 am to 12:30 am
December 31st & January 1st from 10:00 am to 12:30 am.

Now open is the restaurant for a great meal - breakfast and lunch. Cafe hours are 6:00 am to 2:00 pm daily Monday thru Friday with daily specials.
Broasted Chicken Served 11:00 am to 8:00 pm daily.
Also have pizzas, buy by the slice or call ahead and order a full pizza. They are great!
